Following a previously-announced price increase at two of its properties, Disney Vacation Club has reintroduced an incentive which gives buyers additional points for free when purchasing at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas.
Under the new incentive program, buyers will receive 15 additional points at no cost for every 100 points purchased or added-on. With Aulani points now priced at $160 each, a 200-point purchase will run $32,000 plus applicable taxes and fees. However, the buyer will actually receive a contract deeded with 230 Aulani vacation points.
A buyer of 300 points will receive 345...a buyer of 400 points will receive 460...and so on.
Taking into account the incentive points, the net purchase price drops down around $139 per point when the offer is maximized ($32,000 / 230 = $139.13 per point.)
Buyers adding 1,000 or more points will receive an additional $1 per-point discount.
Incentive points awarded as part of this offer are fully deeded to the buyer and available for use annually throughout the life of the contract. The owner is responsible for annual dues and any other fees associated with the use of these points.

Meanwhile, pricing has also increased for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to $165 per point. No incentives or discounts are offered for this property.
