The 2013 Annual Dues statement for DVC members is now available for viewing and payment online at DVCmember.com.
Owners can view their 2013 Annual Dues statement by clicking on the 'My Membership' tab from the pull down menu that appears across the top of the DVCMember.com home page. Select 'Annual Dues' to view the account detail.
Note that adjustments for the prior year's property tax estimate are common. If 2012 taxes were overestimated and a credit is shown, the credit will be equally distributed throughout the year for owners paying in monthly installments.
Example: Total 2013 dues of $1200 less 2012 tax credit of $12. Payments will be $99 per month (($1200 - $12) / 12 payments) = $99 per month.
If taxes have been underestimated and an outstanding balance is owed for 2012 taxes, that amount will be collected in January along with 1/12 of the 2013 dues.
Example: Total 2013 dues of $1200 plus $20 outstanding balance from 2012. January payment will be $120 ($100 installment plus $20 tax shortage from '12) while February - December payments are $100 per month.
