Disney Vacation Club's base price for points at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas will soon increase by $5 per point.
On December 19, 2012 the rate for points at Animal Kingdom Villas and Aulani will rise from $135 per point to $140 per point.
Incentives are currently available which discount the base rate by $5 per point for new buyers and $7 per point for current members adding-on. Additional gift cards and incentives of $500 and up are also offered for sizeable purchases.
