The Pricing & Promotions page has been updated to reflect the latest offers available direct from Disney Vacation Club. There are several interesting aspects to this latest round of incentives. Read on for details.
The price increase at the Bay Lake Tower is now in effect for new buyers. Earlier this month the base price rose from $112 to $120 per point. The good news is that the incentives increased a bit as well, from $5 per point to $8 per point. Still, the net price for buyers has risen to $112 per point ($120 less $8) compared to the previous $107 per point ($112 less $5.)
Also noteworthy is the fact that Disney Vacation Club is now selling 100 contracts at both the Animal Kingdom Villas and Saratoga Springs. New members can get started on their DVC ownership with just 100 points rather than the typical minimum purchase of 160 points.
The best deal available remains the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel, which can be purchased for as little as $92 per point ($112 less $19 on 270 or more points.)
The $25 gift card incentive is reportedly still available, although it may end at any time. Non-members seeking information regarding DVC can earn a $25 Disney Gift Card simply for sitting through a brief telephone sales presentation with a DVC salesperson.
