Between the budgeting missteps for Disney's Aulani resort in Hawaii and the announcement that Disney would not be moving forward with a hotel or timeshare in Maryland's National Harbor, there is reason to question whether we will ever see another Disney Vacation Club resort outside of a theme park complex.
