Disney Vacation Club has taken the wraps off its "Last-Minute Magic" feature, but it may not be as useful as you had hoped.  

Disney Vacation Club owners can book their trips up to 11 months prior to arrival.  But that technical limitation doesn't stop members from using pencil and paper (or spreadsheet) to plan much further out.  Knowing how many points will be available annually for many years to come certainly makes it much easier to sketch out tentative vacation plans.
