The Orlando Sentinel takes a look at the conversion of hotel rooms to Disney Vacation Club villas at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.  

Disney Vacation Club Deluxe Studio and One Bedroom villas both sleep parties of 4-5 guests.  One Bedroom villas are the more luxurious accommodation with roughly twice the square footage and the addition of several amenities including a full kitchen, in-room washer and dryer, jacuzzi tub and king size bed.  

Deluxe Studio villas represent the more modest accommodation, typically a single room featuring a queen size bed plus sofabed and a kitchenette.  Studio villas are also far more economical with some priced at half the cost of a One Bedroom villa at the same property.
