While construction projects are still widespread at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, one new resort amenity may debut sooner than anticipated.

Disney appears to be targeting a winter 2017 opening for the new Geyser Point Bar & Grill at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Guests with confirmed reservations as early as February have been notified that the new eatery will be open during their stay.
The restaurant is situated near the shores of Bay Lake, between the Silver Creek Springs Pool and the forthcoming Boulder Ridge Cove Pool. Geyser Point will offer both quick service and table service dining, along with alcoholic beverages from its bar facilities. Menu details have not yet been provided.

Shortly after the debut of the Geyser Point Bar & Grill, the Roaring Fork quick service dining venue and the Trout Pass Pool Bar will close for refurbishment. No timeline is available for completion of these renovations.
The Boulder Ridge Cove Pool is scheduled for a summer 2017 opening. Disney Vacation Club has also revealed that Copper Creek Villas & Cabins--its fourteenth timeshare development--will debut in 2017.
