The combination walkway and boat dock has now opened but there are no changes to water taxi service from the two Disney Vacation Club resorts.
Earlier this week, the new walkway between Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and Downtown Disney (Disney Springs) opened for guest use. The walkway doubles as a dock for water launch service between to the Marketplace side of Downtown Disney.

However, boats servicing both Saratoga Springs and Disney's Old Key West Resort will continue to arrive and depart from the Downtown DisneyWest Side dock.
The Marketplace dock will host boats headed for Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter and Riverside, as well as internal transportation for Downtown Disney with additional stops at the Pleasure Island and West Side docks.
Transportation to-and-from all destinations will run approximately every 20 minutes from 10:30am to 11:30pm.
The walkway crosses the water just beyond the Congress Park area of Saratoga Springs, depositing guests near The Art of Disney shop.
