In a few short weeks, Disney will begin a rehab project at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa which is scheduled to run well into 2012.
The project involves exterior painting for all 18 buildings on property. Individual buildings will be closed off to guests as the painting occurs. The entire project is slated to run from November 2010 through an unspecified date in the summer of 2012.
Construction barriers will be used to minimize the impact on other resort guests.
This refurbishment comes as Saratoga Springs prepares for the conversion of its Paddock-area Leisure Pool to a full blown feature pool with accompanying counter service dining facilities.
