Effective September 23, 2022, Disney increased the number of vacation homes at Disney’s Riviera Resort that Disney Vacation Club members can book using points.
Nineteen vacation homes, all located on the first floor nearest Disney's Skyliner, were added to Riviera’s DVC inventory, The additional inventory includes five Residential Units containing three tower studios, two dedicated studios, two dedicated one-bedroom villas, five lockoff two-bedroom villas, and seven dedicated two-bedroom villas. No grand villas were included in this latest declaration.
Disney has now declared 199 of Riviera’s 341 vacation homes for the DVC inventory. Here is a breakdown of the types of vacation homes that have been declared for the resort:

81 of 148 Lockoff Two-Bedroom Villas
55 of 90 Dedicated Two-Bedroom Villas

This latest declaration adds 329,237 DVC points to DVC’s inventory, 18.2% more than the 278,538 points that were included in the last declaration in April 2022 The DVC inventory now contains about 3,935,177 points, or about 58.4% of the Riviera’s 6,7 million total points. This means that on any given Use Day DVC members can book about 58.4% of the resort using DVC points. The undeclared inventory remains under the control of Disney Vacation Development, which can use it for cash reservations, as models to show to prospective buyers, or any other reason it chooses.
This is the sixth declaration for Disney's Riviera Resort since sales began in March 2019 and the first since April 15, 2022. Here is a list of DVC declarations made for Riviera:

Although physical units are cited in these declarations, DVC members are not limited to staying in specific rooms which have been declared into the timeshare program. Resort staff may assign incoming guests to any available room within the facility which matches their reservation.
