Building renovations continue at Disney's Old Key West Resort in advance of the scheduled closing of a major resort amenity.

While Walt Disney World typically tries to limit pool maintenance to the cool winter months, refurbishment work throughout Disney's Old Key West Resort is prompting closure of one facility just as the temperatures are rising.  

At today’s 2017 Condominium Association Meeting, Disney Vacation Club shared some images of updates to decor currently being implemented at Disney’s Old Key West Resort.  

The first four buildings are still in the midst of renovations as crews begin the process of refreshing more than five hundred Disney Vacation Club villas.  

We may soon say goodbye to the salmon-colored tile and corner tubs at one Disney Vacation Club property.
