The newest Disney Vacation Club rooms at Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa can now be reserved via the members-only website.
For the past 2 months, Grand Floridian owners were required to call DVC Member Services in order to book one of the new Resort Studios. As of Friday, May 13, 2022, those rooms are now available to book online. Three different room categories are available: Standard View, Lake View and Theme Park View. Standard rooms are likely to face the resort's quiet pool. Lake View rooms will face generally in the direction of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort while the Theme Park rooms look toward the Magic Kingdom.
Grand Floridian owners are eligible to book any arrival dates up to 11 months in advance. Non-owners can book 7 months ahead, which currently covers dates into mid-December 2022.
Resort Studios are all located in the Big Pine Key building. The resort's Deluxe Studios are all located in the original DVC building. The two are officially separate categories, with guests required to book one villa type or the other.
