Disney Vacation Club's three oldest properties--Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort and Disney's Vero Beach Resort--are still home to the largest villa rooms in most sizes. However, the Grand Floridian rooms compare quite favorably to other, more recent developments.
At 374 sq ft, a Grand Floridian Deluxe Studio is 10% larger than its counterpart at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort.
The 844 sq ft One Bedroom Villa is 18% larger than the likes of Disney's BoardWalk Villas and Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.
The massive 2800 sq ft Grand Villa--featuring its own media room--is 30% larger than the likes of Vero Beach, BoardWalk and Saratoga Springs, and nearly 40% larger than Bay Lake Tower.
