The Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation has approved the timeshare license for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.
The license application first appeared in early January with an initial status of "under review." The status was updated earlier today--January 30, 2013--to reflect its approval.

Filings must still occur with the Orange County (FL) Comptroller before sales of the timeshare property may commence.
The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort is scheduled to open sometime in late 2013 as the twelfth Disney Vacation Club property. Scheduled start date for point sales has not been revealed.
