Another Disney Vacation Club resort lobby will receive updates over the next several months.
Crews have begun refurbishment work in the lobby of Disney's Beach Club Resort. The project began in late June 2023 and is scheduled to run until mid-August. Sections of the lobby will be blocked off as necessary for the modifications and general refresh. The front desk is expected to be updated to a more personal podium design rather than the imposing counter layout which separates Cast Members from guests.
Multiple resorts have received this conversion over the last couple of years including Disney's BoardWalk Inn & Villas, Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Renovations to the lobby of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort also began earlier this month.

The lobby will remain open to guests during the work.
Refurbishment of DVC Villas at the Beach Club began earlier this year. Rooms on two of the five floors are now complete. The remaining floors will be updated from August through October 2023. Additionally the Beach Club Villas quiet pool is scheduled to close from October to early December.
