Earlier this week we reported on the counter service dining location approved for installation at the Bay Lake Tower (rumored to be a future Disney Vacation Club complex.) Now we've been alerted to permits for other dining alternatives at the same physical address.
Disney Vacation Club Management Corp has been granted a license to operate the Cove Bar located at 4640 N. World Drive. This dining location--perhaps a poolside bar--is described as a permanent food service location with seating.
A separate permit is still under review for the Top of the World Lounge. Again the permit application was submitted by DVCMC with the same physical address as both the unnamed "Finish Kitchen" and the Cove Bar. Although it is described as a Permanent Food Service location, the exact nature of this "lounge" remains to be seen. The Contemporary Tower is already home to a well-regarded full-service dining location: the California Grill.
