The fall 2010 issue of Disney Files Magazine highlighted a series of modifications planned for guest rooms at The Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Following is an in-depth look at those changes

Additionally, ALL villas are receiving locks on bathroom doors. This flip-up latch is placed at the rear of the door, preventing it from opening when engaged

Villas are being retrofitted with these changes as reservation levels permit access to rooms. There is no specific timeline for the job's completion.
