The recent issue of Disney Files magazine revealed that the Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort would soon be home to a jogging trail and a fire pit. Now we know when those upgrades will be installed.
According to Disney's refurbishment schedule, construction on the jogging trail will commence on November 22 and run through December 17, 2010. Installation of the fire pit is planned for December 6 - 23, 2010.
There is no indication of current resort services being disrupted during this period. Barriers are certain to be erected in order to protect guests and minimize visual disturbances while the work is performed.
Note that refurbishment dates are subject to change.
