When the Kidani Village facility opens at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas in 2009 it will add another restaurant to the resort's already popular Boma and Jiko. Although DVC has yet to make an announcement, many people are hearing the same rumor as to the type of cuisine planned for Sanaa.
Deb Wills from Allearsnet.com is the latest to hear that Sanaa (which means "work of art") will serve Indian cuisine. Disney deseribes Sanaa as providing "beautifully prepared food and an atmosphere simmering with style." Sanaa will be located in the new Kidani Village building and will be open for both breakfast and dinner.
