Nobody likes to hear about refurbishments but they are a necessary evil when it comes to a resort / theme park complex that is open 365 days per year.  This time the unlucky ones will be those booked at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa in March 2009. 

We've received a couple new photographs of the Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. 

The Villa structures are being manufactured off-site and installed on new foundations along the Sassagoula River.  Opening is still slated for June 1, 2009 with reservations beginning around February 8, 2009.

Website MouseSteps.com has posted some recent photos of the Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.  The photos show several of the waterside villas currently being installed at the resort.

Disney Vacation Club has released an updated 2009 points chart for Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa which lists the Treehouse Villas.  The chart confirms the information we have been reporting since the Treehouses were first announced--nightly point costs are identical to Two Bedroom villas at Saratoga Springs.

Website WDWNewsletter.com has posted some new images of the Treehouse Villas being installed near Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.  The treehouses are being pre-fabricated at an off-site factory and are being delivered in sections for installation on the new foundations.
