Guests visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios can now check out a detailed scale model of the forthcoming Disney Vacation Club resort.
Disney's Lakeshore Lodge - October 2026
A scale model of Disney's Lakeshore Lodge is now on display inside the Walt Disney Presents exhibit at Hollywood Studios. The Lakeshore Lodge model provides an impressive look at the full resort including the Lakeshore Lagoon feature pool with waterslide and lazy river, the Cypress Point leisure pool, waterfront restaurant Moonglade, A-frame lake houses and more.
The resort will feature more than 900 Disney Vacation Club villas along with a private fireworks lounge and concierge accommodations. It is scheduled to open on July 1, 2027.
Located adjacent to the Animation Courtyard, the exhibit features a look at this history of Walt Disney and the company he built, along with a Disney character meet and greet opportunity.
The building also features a look at the present and future of the Disney theme parks with several scale models and pieces of concept artwork for future expansions including the Monster's Inc land under development at Hollywood Studios.
