202 new Disney Vacation Club Villas are set to debut this month at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and several weeks later members will have a new dining option to choose from.
Victoria & Albert's is set to reopen on July 28, 2022. Queen Victoria's Dining Room and the Chef's Table will both be available for booking at the AAA Five Diamond-award winning restaurant. Guests will find a newly-renovated dining room along with a new menu designed by Executive Chef Kevin Chong, Chef de Cuisine Matthew Sowers and Pastry Chef Kristine Farmer. New offerings include Colorado Lamb with pickled blueberry and violet mustard and line-caught turbot with fennel fondue, Wagyu A-5 Miyazaki with sauce romesco and potato rösti and Spectrum of Chocolate, an ombré featuring specialty sourced chocolates with accents of buttermilk, Grand Marnier and vanilla.
The restaurant's wine cellar features over 500 options with staff sommeliers to assist with selections.

Victoria & Albert's makes its return just days after nearby Narcoossee's closes for and extended refurbishment. Narcoossee's is said to reopen sometime in late 2022 but no date has been revealed. Citricos was renovated prior to its reopening in July 2021.
Buffet 1900 Park Fare is currently closed with no information regarding its future.
