For the second consecutive year, Victora & Albert's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has been awarded a MICHELIN star for exceptional cuisine. 

Work begins in late April 2025, bringing new carpet, a reconfigured front desk and a brand new lobby bar to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. As a result, the Christmastime gingerbread display is not expected to be offered this year. 

The long-gestating lobby updates to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are now scheduled to take place throughout most of 2025. 

The Courtyard Pool at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will close for about 6 weeks beginning in mid-January. 

During the December 2024 Condo Meeeting for The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, the board fielded questions from owners about monorail passenger capacity, lobby crowds, beverage coolers vs mini-fridges and other topics unique to the resort.
