Allears.net has posted some photos of the newly renovated rooms at Disney's BoardWalk Villas.  Cick HERE to view the images. The rehab is scheduled to run through January 2010, at which time all villas should be upgraded with new appliances, televisions, upholstery and so on.

The Luna Park pool at Disney's BoardWalk Inn and Villas will be closed for portions of January and February 2010 for scheduled repair and maintenance work.

With the elimination of complimentary valet parking for Disney Vacation Club members, one issue that occasionally arises is overcrowding of the Self Parking lots.  Disney's BoardWalk Inn and Villas is attempting to address this by rerouting resort traffic during high demand periods.

Disney's BoardWalk Villas has been undergoing an exterior refurbishment throughout 2009.  Earlier this year a number of guests with BoardWalk View reservations for October '09 were asked to relocate due planned exerior work impacting the number of villas available to guests.  The need for those guest relocations is quite evident at the present time with scaffolding and an active work crew clearly visible over a large segment of the BoardWalk and into the Village Green.  Photos follow.
