One BoardWalk area eatery is scheduled to close for an extensive refurbishment next year.
According to Deb Wills of Allears.net, the Flying Fish Cafe at Disney's BoardWalk entertainment district will close for refurbishment from February 1 - September 30, 2016.
Flying Fish Cafe is the signature dining venue offered at Disney's BoardWalk Inn & Villas. Other dining alternatives in the area include Big River Grille & Brewing Works, ESPN Club and Trattoria al Forno.
No word on what Disney has planned during the eight-month rehab closure. In 2013 the California Grill located at Disney's Contemporary Resort closed for an extensive six-month renovation which included new decor throughout the establishment.
