Today we conclude Marilyn Garfinkel's two-part look at a Day at the BoardWalk Villas.  Part one featured an introduction to the resort and a morning at Epcot.  Now let's see what Mar' has in store for the remainder of her day.

Even DVC members who have not stayed at Disney's BoardWalk and Beach Club resorts have heard of the popularity of these two properties.  Much of that popularity stems from the fact that this Epcot Resort Area is almost an attraction unto itself. 

Today we present the first in a two-part look into the appeal of the BoardWalk, its neighboring resorts and theme parks.  Guest columnist Marilyn Garfinkel shows us how much the area has to offer guests in "A Day at the BoardWalk."

Disney has scheduled a refurbishment of the BoardWalk Villas Quiet Pool for April 21 to May 9, 2008.  During this time guests will still be able to use the Luna Park pool as well as the Quiet Pool on the BoardWalk Inn side of the resort.

Additionally the BoardWalk Inn Quiet Pool is scheduled to be closed between March 31 and April 18, 2008.  Guests staying at the Inn are being advised to use Luna Park and the Villas Quiet Pool during the closure. 

Walt Disney World prides itself upon presenting the most favorable image possible to resort guests.  However presenting that image occasionally requires public mainenance projects in guest areas.  Let's take a quick look at a couple of projects underway at Disney's BoardWalk Resorts.

The Luna Park pool at Disney's BoardWalk Villas has returned from its annual rehab ahead of schedule.  The rehab was originally scheduled to run into mid-February, but instead the pool reopened to guests today, January 21st. 

As a result, resort guests (including DVC Members) are no longer permitted to "hop" to the Stormalong Bay pool at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts.
