Steakhouse 71 at Disney's Contemporary Resort is poised to welcome guests on the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World.
The Contemporary is in the final stages of a months-long refurbishment which includes updates to the lobby, hotel room and a complete revamp of one dining venue. Steakhouse 71 replaces The Wave...of American Flavors which closed permanently back in the summer of 2021.
Steakhouse 71 celebrates the history of Walt Disney World, most notably via archival photos of the Resort's development.
An overview of the menu is provided in our prior coverage. Included are a variety of steaks and traditional favorites for lunch and dinner, along with signature cocktails.
The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The main dining room features many free standing tables in the center, with booths and benches along the walls.
Steakhouse 71 opens on October 1, 2021. Reservations are currently available via the Disney Dining website.
