There is a new dining option available to guests at the Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort--a breakfast buffetat The Wave.

The Disney Parks Blog is reporting that a breakfast buffet is now available at The Wave...of American Flavors at Disney's Contemporary Resort.
Among the menu items mentioned are quiche, scrambled eggs, made-to-order omelettes, hash browns, grits, bacon, homemade gravy and sweet potato pancakes. A selection of fruits and vegetables are also offered, along with granola, cinnamon-vanilla bread pudding and "Sticky Mickey" buns.
An a la carte breakfast menu is also available.
The Wave serves breakfast daily from 7:30am to 11:00am. Dining reservations are available.
