The hard goods refurbishment of Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas is tentatively scheduled to begin in October 2025 according to information provided by the Disney Vacation Club board of directors. 

Disney Vacation Club appears to be gearing up for the wholesale refurbishment of Kidani Village. 

Heavy equipment and safety fencing has arrived at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village as roof replacement is under way. 

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani Village is the latest Disney Vacation Club resort to undergo scheduled maintenance. 

Several public areas of Kidani Village at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas are reportedly set to be refurbished over the next 5-6 months.
