Later this week the Tables in Wonderland program is hosting the latest in its series of signature dining experiences at The Wave restaurant at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

On September 17, 2009 Disney's BoardWalk formally welcomed Kouzzina by Cat Cora into the fold with a grand opening ceremony.   Allears.net was on hand to provide a first-hand account of the festivities, as well as a look at Disney's official press release and photographs trumpeting this newest restaurant offering.

Multiple sources confirm that Walt Disney World is set to begin accepting Advance Dining Reservations 180 days in advance of guests' arrival date.

Len Testa from TouringPlans.com is hearing rumblings that Disney may go back to letting guests book Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs) 180 days out rather than the current 90 days.  Reportedly the change is being considered due to negative freedback from guests.  Stay tuned.

The next exclusive dining event hosted by Tables in Wonderland will feature ingredients grown using hydroponic and other sustainable food production methods.  The Discovery Dinner is scheduled for July 15, 2009 at the Contemporary Resort's The Wave restaurant.
