Continuing with the second part of my Vero Beach Resort summertime series we will visit the many area dining locations and look at some interesting recreational activities.

I had heard that Disney's Wilderness Lodge was patterned after the Old Faithful Inn in Yellowstone National Park. So while planning a trip to Yellowstone, of course we had to include a stay at the Old Faithful Lodge.

Earlier this week Disney's Beach Club Villas celebrated its sixth anniversary.  The resort originally opened on July 1, 2002 as the sixth Disney Vacation Club resort (fourth on Walt Disney World grounds.)

I have a confession to make.  When I bought into Sartoga Springs, the last thing in the world that I thought I’d use was the spa.  My husband and I are commando, non-stop parks kind of people.  However, I have had a couple of opportunities to use the spa now and it really is a gem.
