Nine months after closing for refurbishment, the signature dining venue at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel is set to return.
On February 6, 2026, Napa Rose officially reopens to guests. The restaurant closed back in April 2025 for a massive refurbishment project including changes to the interior and a new outdoor patio.

The venue was originally said to reopen in Fall 2025. But the timeline was later extended. Changes include expanded counter space to accommodate up to 18 diners and the outdoor patio with two fireplaces.

Lounge offerings include beef tartare with Osetra caviar, bone marrow custard and Laughing Tiger salad. In the main dining room, guests can choose from options which include American Wagyu New York, Oak Roasted Forest Mushrooms and Sorpresine Pasta served with Dungeness crab. Reservations are now available by visiting NapaRose.com.
