With Disney Vacation Club Member Services being a 7-day per week operation there are a number of national holidays during which the offices are are closed.
Following is a list of holidays on which Member Services will be closed for the day:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day (US)
- Thanksgiving (US)
- Christmas Day
DVC Member Services will observe normal operating hours--currently 9am to 5pm eastern, Sunday to Saturday--on all other days including Martin Luther King Day and President's Day.
