The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that Disney Vacation Club has reduced some Cast Members' base wages by 10% while increasing the performance bonus structure. Impacted employees included approximately 100 advance sales associates who staff the sales booths at Walt Disney World theme parks and resorts.
