Disney Vacation Club members have the option to visit many other resort pools at Walt Disney World...except during designated blackout periods during the year.  One of those periods is rapidly approaching.  

Disney Vacation Club has extended a perk which allows guests of its Walt Disney World-based properties to access the Top of the World lounge.
