Led by the strong demand for The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, Disney has sold almost 1.5 million Disney Vacation Club points in the last six months for resorts at Walt Disney World and new The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.

Direct sales for the Disney Vacation Club resorts in Florida continued to its upward trend while the newest DVC resort on the West Coast cooled in August 2023.

As expected, the net price for Disney Vacation Club points at The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort is quite a bit higher than previous summer offers, while "Magical Beginnings" and "Welcome Home" discounts also take a modest hit at all resorts.

September 11 is the last day to take advantage of attractive summer 2023 purchase incentives for Disney Vacation Club resorts, and before the base price increases to $230 per point at the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. 

The base price for The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort will increase from $217 to $230 each effective September 12, 2023.
