Final Day for Spring 2022 Disney Vacation Club Incentives

Financial News & Pricing

June 1 is the last day to purchase Disney Vacation Club points under the current incentives, with new deals set to be revealed tomorrow for Disney's Riviera Resort, Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and others.

Incentives introduced as far back as March 2022 are expected to end today, paving the way for a new round of promotions. Base prices for Riviera, Grand Floridian and Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas are currently $207 per point. First-time buyers can currently save at least $4 per point for Grand Floridian, $11 for Riviera and $18 each for Aulani when purchasing 200 or more points. Add-on incentives for current members are more generous, discounting Grand Floridian by $12, Riviera by $19 and Aulani by $27 each at the same 200 point threshold.

Modest incentives are also available for select "sold-out" resorts including Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows. Check out our March 2022 coverage of the spring incentives, as well as the April updates to Grand Floridian pricing.

Disney Vacation Club has not provided any information on how it intends to modify these prices and incentives beginning June 2. Demand for Grand Floridian points has been particularly strong, propelling DVC to some of its best numbers in the 12 years DVCNews has been tracking direct sales.

In order to secure current prices and incentives, buyers must coordinate with a DVC sales representative before the end of the business day.

It is worth noting that timeshare purchases include a mandatory recission period during which the buyer may cancel the agreement and receive a full refund on any deposit. Should incentives introduced on June 2 prove to be more beneficial than current rates, recent buyers may be able to cancel their existing agreement and ask DVC to re-work the purchase under the newer terms.
