Although the date for the annual owners' meeting was revealed months ago, Disney Vacation Club has now published additional details including the time and location.
The 2017 Disney Vacation Club Condominium Association Meeting will be held in the convention center at Disney's Contemporary Resort on Thursday, December 7. The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled to begin at 2:00pm eastern with the Members Meeting to follow at approximately 2:10pm.
The meeting is an annual event, part legal requirement and part member update session. During the meeting, annual budgets for the resorts will be presented and ratified, amentments to the condo association rules will be passed (if applicable), and owners will get some details on future plans including resort refurbishment schedules and changes on tap for 2018.
Expect the session to last about an hour with complimentary refreshments and executive meet-and-greet to follow.
