The morning of Tuesday, November 18, the official Disney Vacation Club member website is experiencing technical issues.
UPDATE 2:07pm ET: The issues appear to have been resolved. The warning message has been removed from DVCMember.com and we experienced no problems logging-on and viewing information on the site.
Original Story: DVC has posted the following notice to the login page of the member site:
We are currently aware of a challenge some Members are seeing with logging in and accessing some pages on DVCMember.com. We are currently working to resolve this challenge as quickly as possible. Please call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 for assistance with booking reservations and additional information.
Yesterday there were reports of incorrect dates and other jumbled information being displayed on the site for future confirmed reservations. The site went down for maintenance late in the evening on Monday, November 17.
Disney Vacation Club Member Services can still process most transactions for owners who wish to call rather than waiting for the website to return.
