Disney Vacation Club's official statement on the scheduled system downtime:
Please be advised that we will soon be updating our systems to serve you better. During this enhancement, beginning August 5th, 2013 at 9:00 p.m. ET, online bookings will be unavailable. We do expect to return to full online booking functionality by 1:00 p.m. on August 6, 2013. During this time, transactions for loans, dues and banking points will be available online, however Member Services will be closed. Please note that these dates and times are subject to change. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and look forward to assisting you in the near future.
