Disney Vacation Club Member Services will operate on an altered schedule with anticipated long wait times on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
Beginning at 8:00am eastern time on Wednesday 10/23, DVC members can book the "First Wave" sailing of the upcoming Disney Cruise Line ship the Disney Destiny. This second-ever sailing of the 7th ship in the fleet is available exclusively to qualifying DVC owners.
From 8:00am to 1:00pm, Member Services will field phone calls related to the cruise booking, or from members who are within 5 days of an upcoming DVC reservation. Callers should expect long wait times as staff members assist the hundreds of owners seeking to book the Disney Destiny.
Callers wishing to book the Destiny should be prepared with all of their personal information including name, address and birthdate of all travelers, Castaway Club number and at least 3 preferred cabin options.
Beginning at 1:00pm Member Services will resume normal operations, addressing all member needs.
This "First Wave" sailing is a 5-night itinerary from November 28 to December 3, 2025. The ship departs out of Ft. Lauderdale with stops at both Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. Prices start at 149 DVC points or $1,364 per adult for a category 11A Inside Stateroom, based upon double occupancy. See our prior coverage for additional details including the DVC points chart.
