Early registration for the Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic session at Disney's Hollywood Studios on August 27, 2024 opens on Thursday morning.
Eligible DVC members with hotel reservations for the night of August 27 will be able to register for the Moonlight Magic event beginning at 11:00am eastern on Thursday, August 1, 2024. Members must meet the requirements to qualify for Membership Extras in order to attend, as well as having a DVC villa or hotel reservation booked through Member Services on the night of the event. Qualifying resorts include all Disney-owned locations at Walt Disney World as well as Disney's Vero Beach Resort. Note that most cash hotel reservations do not qualify for the early registration.
The registration link will be posted to DVC's Moonlight Magic page sometime on Thursday morning.
The site utilizes a virtual queue to manage registrations. Members are advised to arrive in the waiting room prior to the designated start time. At 11:00am, all individuals in the waiting room will be assigned a random queue position. This queue position will determine when the member can register for the event.
Registration is required in order to attend. However, Moonlight Magic events do not typically have sufficient capacity to accommodate all eligible DVC members with a resort reservation. Those who are given the opportunity to register can reserve spots for the number of guests listed on the corresponding resort reservation.
Be prepared with a DVC membership number when registering. The qualifying DVC member must be present during the event, and able to provide both their digital DVC member card and a photo ID.
General registration will be held for members without hotel reservations and those who are not able to secure a spot during this initial window on August 15, 2024.
