Note that on Sunday December 9 Disney Vacation Club Member Services will begin accepting reservations for the 2013 S.S. Member Cruise scheduled for September 29 - October 3, 2013.
On December 9, Member Services will only be accepting phone calls for Member Cruise bookings and for any DVC resort stays scheduled to occur on December 9-11, 2012. Telephone lines open at 8:00am eastern.
Those calling to book the Member Cruise should expect abnormally high wait times. With potentially hundreds of members calling to reserve and each reservation taking 20-30 minutes to complete, callers often find themselves on hold for hours while waiting to book a Member Cruise.
All cabins are subject to availability. Callers should have several different cabin classes in mind when preparing to make a reservation
Payment may be made in the form of Disney Vacation Club points, cash or a combination of both. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Only members who purchased points direct from DVC or resale prior to March 20, 2011 are eligible to book the Member Cruise.
