The Fall 2011 issue of Disney Files Magazine revealed dates for the 2012 S.S. Member Cruise, scheduled to sail on October 21. However, that 4-night cruise has been moved up several weeks and another sailing in early 2013 added to the agenda.
The 4-night S.S. Member Cruise scheduled for the fall of 2012 will now depart on Sunday September 16, 2012, five weeks earlier than the original schedule. Additionally, a 3-night Member Cruise has been added, departing on Thursday January 10, 2013.
Both of the voyages will be aboard the Disney Dream out of Port Canaveral, Florida, featuring stops at Disney's private island Castaway Cay. Complete itineraries will be released shortly. Point charts for both cruises are available at DVCMember.com.
In addition to the typical Disney Cruise Line experience, Disney Vacation Club Member cruises feature in-room gifts, exclusive entertainment and other unique feautures.
Reservations for both the September 2012 and January 2013 Member Cruises are scheduled to begin on December 11, 2011.
This is the first time Disney Vacaiton Club has offered Member Cruises over the winter months. With a fall voyage likely, 2013 may represent the first calendar year in which two member-exclusive sailings are offered.
