Later this month the Disney Vacation Club and AAA are hosting an event dubbed the Disney Vacation Club Travel Show in Rochester, New York.  This event is Disney's latest effort to expand member functions beyond its theme parks and established DVC sales centers...but it will probably not be the last.

Since its opening fourteen months ago, the suburban Chicago Doorway to Dreams sales center has featured full-size model rooms for Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas.  Soon visitors will be able to experience the newest Disney Vacation Club resort. 

What do you get when you combine a baby, a dog and a camcorder?  The answer just might be Disney Vacation Club points!

Last spring a production company sent out a casting call for Disney Vacation Club members interested in appearing in a new program highlighting the benefits of DVC ownership.  In just a few more days we will get a look at the project's outcome.

Screamscape.com is reporting that Disney has sent out invitations to an event scheduled for Thursday September 18th to be held in New York City.
