This weekend saw another round of special events and promotional discounts at the Chicago-area Doorway to Dreams sales center. Let's take a quick look at the deals that were offered to attendees.
Since its opening in 2007, Doorway to Dreams has played host to numerous special events for both current and prospective Disney Vacation Club members. One hallmark of these events is the promotional offers which are typically much better than those being offered to the general public during the identical timeframe.
Following is a brief summary of the deals offered for add-on point purchases during the February 2009 Doorway to Dreams events:
100-159 Points: Free 3-night Disney Cruise Line voyage plus two tickets to Mary Poppins stage show
160-199 Points: 4-night Disney Cruise Line voyage; 7-night RCI exchange (two bedroom); two tickets to Mary Poppins
200-269 Points: 7-night Disney Cruise Line voyage; 7-night RCI exchange (two bedroom); four tickets to Mary Poppins
270+ Points: Complimentary Adventures by Disney trip for two; 7-night RCI exchange (two bedroom); four tickets to Mary Poppins
Conditions and limitations apply to each of these offers. Similar offers were also made available to non-members making their first DVC purchase.
In the past similar Doorway to Dreams incentives have remained in place for several days following the event. Any interested members living in the Chicago area may wish to stop by the sales center to see if these offers can still be obtained.
