Disney Vacation Club appears poised to announce a new online webcast focusing on the VIllas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.
Several weeks ago Disney registered the web address DVCGrand.com. The address remained inactive until Friday, July 12 when it briefly redirected to a signup page for an unannounced Disney Vacation Club webcast. According to the now unavailable registration page, the webcast will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the newest DVC property at Walt Disney World's flagship Grand Floridian Resort.
In recent years Disney Vacation Club has offered 2 or 3 webcast opportunities per year. Video presentations run 20-30 minutes and are available to both current and prospective members. Viewers of the webcasts are typically offered discount pricing on select DVC resort purchases, however the absence of any incentives for Grand Floridian point purchases suggets Disney may forego that particular element.
