Grand Floridian sales expand; prices up

Nearly a month after sales began for current DVC members, new buyers can now become owners at the twelfth Vacation Club property.  As expected, the price is a bit higher than the initial offering.  

Today Disney Vacation Club raised its base price to $150 per point for Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas and the Grand Floridian.  Most Aulani and Animal Kingdom Villas purchases are eligible for credits of $3-16 off per point, along with a buyer's choice of either a $1000 developer credit or an assortment of free theme park tickets.  

Grand Floridian points are offered at a flat $150 per point with no incentives or price reductions.
