Disney Vacation Club has announced that prices for two of its properties will rise to $150 per point next month.
Points at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas will soon cost a bit more. On June 19, 2013, the base prices for points at these two resorts will increase from the current $145 per point to $150 each.
Current promotional incentives can reduce the net price by up to $14 per point. See our Pricing & Promotions page for additional information, or contact a Disney Vacation Club sales representative for complete details.
This latest increase comes less than 3 months after prices for these locations rose from $140 to $145 in March 2013. Two resorts--Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel--are currently priced higher at $165 each.
Meanwhile, Disney Vacation Club has yet to announce pricing or on-sale dates for its newest resort development, the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.
